General Shipping Information

We are proud to offer $6.99 U.S. shipping on our complete inventory of online items (applies to orders within the continental USA only).

Depending on size and weight, orders usually ship via U.S. Postal Service First Class/Priority Mail or UPS.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will typically ship the same business day.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must remain in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Manufacturer Defect / Incorrect Item Policy

If you receive:

we will provide a return shipping label and replace the item.

If the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, the return will be processed under the standard return policy and applicable fees may apply.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to process replacements and customer service reshipments as quickly as possible.

Expedited replacement shipping may be available upon request; however, all upgraded shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
